What do I do if I receive non-compliant material?

The quality of the products sold on is guaranteed in compliance with current legislation.
If you realize that the product received does not conform to the one ordered or to the description of the same on our site, we invite you to send it back to us in substantial integrity of the goods (packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.), to benefit from the replacement or product refund. The seller will replace it or refund the total amount. The shipping costs of products replacing non-compliant ones are entirely borne by the seller
Before returning a product you must either open a support ticket or send an e-mail to Customer Service containing:
  • the numerical code of the order
  • the product code to be returned
  • the reason for the return
  • your personal data
  • only if the payment was made by bank transfer do we need the data relating to your bank account (name of the institution, agency, bank account number or iban).
When the product has been received by our assistance service, a technician will check the contents of the package and the status of the product sent back. You will receive an e-mail confirming that the product has been received. The expected times for the treatment of the product differ according to the reason for the return.
